Sometimes you can face the problem when Restart As Root option may not work correctly. We are working on solving this issue and so far the workarounds are the following:
- When choosing Restart as Root option Commander One quits, however, doesn’t restart again, try to make this step one more time.
- If you still face the issue, please, reboot your Mac.
- If the 2 steps above didn’t help, open Terminal (/Applications/Utilities/Terminal.app) and execute the following command:
sudo /Applications/Commander\ One.app/Contents/MacOS/Commander\ One
After that type the administrator password.
